Chapter 1.

Looking at Elijah made people smile, not frown or turn away.

Early line – “Curious faces were following him now ─ eyebrows up, a little smile.”

Late line – “A slight smile was just starting to light the face of the king when the young man spoke.”

Didn’t want to act like he was familiar with angels.

So Elijah walk down the hill and joined Captain Beriah and his fifty. As they turned to walk back to the palace, the captain asked, “Who was that fellow just now?”

“By the boulder?” Elijah responded. “Oh! Uhm, he’s a guy I met yesterday back home in Tishbe.”
