Replying to an ill customer



一直催客户一个东西,然后今天回复 I’m sorry- I was out sick this week and didn’t get to the review. Ill follow up on Monday.


American Advice:

1. Even though your relationship is casual, do not treat your client’s sickness casually.

2. Do not mother the client with get well advice.

Here is one way to word your reply.

George, I’m so sorry you have not been feeling well. Nobody enjoys being sick.

I look forward to your follow up on Monday.
